Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time - Our goal is to process all orders and have them ready to ship out within 10 business days, however in the current climate with COVID-19 and USPS shipping delays unfortunately right now we cannot guarantee this timing.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates -

All orders are shipped USPS First Class and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after your order is done being prepared for shipment (processing time) Processing time is currently averaging 7-10 business days which can vary depending on the time of year.  Total time from order to delivery averages from 12-17 business days from the time you place your order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses -

We will ship to P.O. boxes but will not be responsible for any errors, late pickups, USPS issues, etc.  Please be aware that shipping to a P.O. box will not be covered by any return/refund policy offered by CKK PRODUCTS LLC.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking -

A USPS tracking # will be included with your order.  You will receive the tracking # once your order is shipped and it will be sent to the email you placed your order with.

Customs, duties, and taxes -

CKK PRODUCTS LLC will not be held responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages -

CKK PRODUCTS LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping as a result of the shipping carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Please send a minimum of 2 pictures with your claim and we will determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.

International Shipping Policy -

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns/Refunds Policy –

Because of the nature of the products we sell (live plants and trees) we cannot accept returns due to the items we sell being alive and their care being completely dependent on the buyer and many other factors including shipping delays or non-delivery due to shipping carrier, improper or lack of care of plants or tree seedlings, etc.

Cancellations: If it has been more than 3 hours after your order has been placed and you would like to cancel it, in most cases we can accommodate you but a 20% restocking fee (taken out of the total of your order) will be applied.

In the rare case that an order is determined to be faulty due to our actions, we will consider a partial or full refund/or replacement after reviewing your case and receiving the required documentation from you (stated above under damages)

NOTE - All replacements and/or refunds are issued at the sole discretion of CKK PRODUCTS LLC.
