Our tree seedlings are second to none and we believe that in this short time online we have figured out how to safely ship our seedlings happy and healthy to you. PROCESSING TIMES- Our processing time averages 5-7 days to prepare your order and get it ready to ship.  

Shipping time - We ship all orders VIA USPS and delivery averages 3-5 business days for delivery (after processing time)

Attention-- The seller has no control of packages being delivered late or not being delivered due to Covid-19 pandemic issues and the lack of delivery service of the United States Postal Service- or due to the recent high volume of USPS package issues slowing down service performance. It is suggested that you take your tracking # number with you to your local Postal Office and contact the USPS.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of the items we sell (live tree seedlings). We make every effort to make sure your seedling is delivered to you healthy, however once it ships its health is out of our control. Tree care and planting instructions are included with every order for your convenience.  

NOTE - All replacements and/or refunds are issued at the sole discretion of CKK PRODUCTS LLC.

Problems must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the product. Send a photo of the items in question using the contact us section on our website or email us. Replacement items will only be shipped if the item was received damaged and we receive proof of this. Seller promises seedlings to be fresh. Tree seedlings are a PERISHABLE live product which depends on BUYERS many important growing skills such as proper planting time, seedling depth, type of soil, watering, light intensity, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, soil conditions and reasonable weather during the growing period. These factors are totally out of our control and germination and growing results are the buyer's responsibility and risk.
